Can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you need to change any part of your order (item, amount, shipping address) please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped you cannot change it.

Will I know when my order ships?

  • Yes! You will receive an email with tracking information. 

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is free over $35 and a flat $6 charge for any order under $35.

What is your return policy?

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for information on how to return your item. If your items are damaged in shipment or you receive a defective item, please contact as soon as you receive your merchandise. Sale items are final sale. If you need a repair on an item, please email us for information. 
Do you have a storefront I can visit?
  • No- we are strictly an online business. However, we would be more than happy to send more photos or measurements of an items or answer any questions you might have.
